Breaking out the spoons for this one. Sure it’s about parasites and contagions and transmissibility, and all these concepts in the current zeitgeist, but it exists mostly to fulfill my life-long dream of writing a spell-out-the-word song like Tammy Wynette’s D-I-V-O-R-C-E, the Cure’s ‘Fire in Cairo’, or (need i mention) Aretha’s ‘Respect’.
